对牧业公司成本控制问题的探讨——以龙陵县马圈坡牧业有限公司为例

摘要

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和经济全球化的发展，鼓励经济建设已成为一项政策。现如今许多行业处于饱和状态，市场竞争空前激烈。为了在这个日益激烈的市场中生存和发展，企业必须提高成本管理水平，采取科学的成本控制方式办法，降低生产成本和各项费用，使得自身成本低于竞争对手的成本进行生产经营，提高经济效益，才能在如此激烈的竞争中处于不败之地，甚至成为行业的领先者。

本文以龙陵县马圈坡牧业有限公司为主来进行研究，通过深入了解公司的生产工艺程。首先，根据实际数据对公司成本控制中存在的问题进行分析和论证，然后针对存在的问题提出解决方案和解决方案,由此达到降低成本、提高经济效益的目的。
