企业的投资风险控制对于企业的长期经营发展至关重要。在企业的经营管理中，公司保证合理的投资，同时也保证了企业的正常经营运转，降低单一性经济收入的风险。但是，过多缺乏考察的投资会影响公司的根基，这不可避免的增加了公司的经营风险。因此，适当合理的投资使公司可持续发展，相反会拖累整个公司的生产运营。基于此背景，本文以四川会理铅锌股份有限公司为具体研究对象，运用国企真实内容数据，剖析存在问题的关键，针对我国国有企业在投资风险控制管理工作上存在的问题，进行详细的分析找出问题的关键点，并提出针对问题解决的方案，从管理上对四川会理铅锌股份有限公司在投资风险控制管理中存在的问题提出相应的对策，也为相关企业的投资风险控制制度的制定提供一定的参考。

The control of investment risk is very important for the long-term development of enterprises. In the management of the enterprise, the company ensures reasonable investment and normal operation of the enterprise to reduce the risk of single economic income. However, too much investment without investigation will affect the foundation of the company, which inevitably increases the business risk of the company. Therefore, appropriate and reasonable investment to make the company sustainable development, on the contrary, will drag down the production and operation of the whole company.
