摘要

国民经济体系中的主导产业一直都是房地产行业，是国民经济的根基。如今中国地产的市场环境可谓是热火朝天，政策几次调控都遏制不住其发展态势，备受全国民众乃至中央领导的关注。因此结合当下的政策导向以及市场行情,并根据企业自身的资源优势,探索适合企业的新模式, 实现战略转型, 并在小房企快速淘汰的洪流中快速形成竞争力,成了房地产市场面临的新的问题。本文结合近两年政府的相关政策，分析当下房地产的市场行情，基于龙湖地产是加强经营管理和防范财务风险的方式，进行财务战略的研究。

Abstract

The leading industry in the national economic system has always been the real estate industry, which is the foundation of the national economy. Nowadays, the market environment of China's real estate is in full flow, and the policy regulation cannot contain its development trend for several times, which has attracted the attention of the people all over the country and even the central leadership. Therefore, it has become a new problem faced by the real estate market to combine the current policy orientation and market conditions, explore new models suitable for enterprises, realize strategic transformation, and quickly form competitiveness in the torrent of rapid elimination of small housing enterprises according to their own resource advantages. Based on the relevant policies of the government in the past two years, this paper analyzes the current real estate market and studies the financial strategy of longhu real estate based on the fact that longhu real estate is a way to strengthen management and prevent financial risks.
