摘要

随着科学技术以及互联网技术不断发展，互联网企业也随之产生，各大互联网企业为了抓住这一契机，加速发展企业经济试图在这一行业的风口争得一席之地。本文以乐视网为例，通过财务分析发现其采取多元化发展战略，利用多个产业发展经济以带动企业利润增长，但在发展过程中只注重发展速度忽视企业自身的情况，不注重财务分析出现了财务危机以及信用危机等问题，针对乐视网的问题提出通过降低负债率，调整公司战略等等措施。利用财务分析了解和把控企业的财务经济发展和运营的特点，为互联网企业经营者做出决策提供依据。

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology and Internet technologies, Internet enterprises have also emerged, the major Internet enterprises in order to seize this opportunity, accelerate the development of enterprise economy to try to win a place in the industry's vents. Taking Leeco as an example, this paper finds that through financial analysis, it adopts diversified development strategy, uses multiple industries to develop economy to drive enterprise profit growth, but in the process of development only pays attention to the development speed neglects the enterprise's own situation, does not pay attention to the financial analysis has the financial crisis as well as the credit crisis and so on question, Aiming at the problem of LeTV network, this paper puts forward some measures, such as reducing debt ratio, adjusting company strategy and so on. Using financial analysis to understand and control the financial and economic development and operation of the enterprise characteristics, for the Internet business operators to make decisions to provide a basis.
