应用型本科院校财务管理实践教学改革研究

财务管理专业是一个实践性很强的专业，用人单位对文档生的实践能力有较高要求。随着经济全球化的快速发展，企业之间的竞争逐渐激烈，导致企业对财务人员有着更高的要求需要具有综合财务管理能力的应用型人才，但应用型本科财务管理专业实践教学存在诸多问题，以致于培养的人才无法满足企业需要。传统的理论课堂灌输模式没有考虑到学生的差异需求，让学生被动的接受知识，对学生的实践能力培养不足，在人才培养目标，课程设置，考核评价体系设置等方面存在问题。因此为了更好的培养学生的职业能力，本文提出转换财务管的理教学模式，通过教学模式的转换，激发学生运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力的建议；同时，本文力图建立基于职业能力的多维度的财务管理专业培养体系和人才培育模式。

Abstract

Financial management major is a very practical specialty, and employers have higher requirements for graduates 'practical ability. With the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition between companies has gradually become fierce, resulting in companies having higher requirements for financial personnel. They also hope to recruit people who can easily face a variety of internal and external complex financial environments. Therefore, it is necessary to have applied talents with comprehensive financial management ability. However, there are many problems in practical teaching of application-oriented undergraduate financial management specialty, which leads to the inability of trained talents to meet the needs of enterprises. The traditional model of theoretical classroom indoctrination does not take into account the different needs of students, allows students to passively accept knowledge, and lacks the training of students 'practical abilities. There are problems in the education of personnel training goals, curriculum settings, and assessment systems, resulting in poor learning initiative. Learning is also less efficient. Therefore, in order to better cultivate students'professional ability, this paper will put forward the teaching mode of financial management, and through the teaching mode, stimulate students to use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems. At the same time, this paper attempts to establish a professional financial management professional training system and personnel training mode based on professional competence.
