摘  要

近几年来，随着我国中小企业的不断发展壮大，中小企业融资难已成为各界讨论和研究的热点问题之一。在面对全球经济危机的背景下，企业融资难题所面临的形势更加严峻。它们一直处于融资弱势的不对称地位，融资成本高、融资金额小、融资渠道窄、融资限制多等系列问题已成为遏制中小企业发展的因素。本文从中小企业融资现状入手，对中小企业融资难的原因从金融机构、企业自身原因、政策、体系、信用担保以及民间融资的发展情况等方面进行了全面地剖析和解释，并以此为基础提出了解决我国当前中小企业融资难的具体对策和想法。企业融资为企业未来发展提供强大的推动力，因此针对该难题的探讨便显得 极具价值，可以为我们的现实生活提供指导。

Abstract

In recent years， with the continuous development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises， small and medium enterprises financing problem has become the focus of the community to explore and study one of the issues. Facing the impact of the global financial crisis on the real economy, the financing situation of enterprises is facing more severe challenges. They have been in the financing of the weak status of asymmetric financing， high financing costs， small amount of financing， narrow financing channels， financing constraints and other issues have become a bottleneck restricting the development of smes. Analysis of Financing Status of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises， Comprehensive Analysis and Interpretation of the SME financing from financial institutions， enterprises， policy and system， credit guarantee and financing development and other aspects， and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the problem and the idea of China's current SME financing. Enterprise financing for the future development of enterprises to provide a powerful driving force， so the discussion of this problem will be of great value， can provide guidance for our real life.
