用友软件在中小型企业的运用分析——以深圳深通商务咨询有限公司为例

摘  要

用友财务软件是由用友公司开发的软件，在中小企业有广泛的运用。深圳深通商务咨询有限公司在运用用友软件过程中还存在公司内部制度不够健全，不利于用友软件的合理运用；财务人员计算机操作水平有限；软件的保密性差和数据备份功能有待完善，售后有待提升；管理者在应用中忽略了企业自身情况几个主要问题。建议完善公司的内部制度，提供良好工作环境；提高财务人员的专业素养，栽培复合型人才；注重系统安全，做好数据备份工作；根据企业实际情况规范管理公司。

Abstract

UFI financial software is a software developed by UFI, which is widely used in small and medium-sized enterprises. Shenzhen Shentong Business Consulting Co., Ltd. in the process of using Friends software, there are still some problems, such as the company's internal system is not perfect, which is not conducive to the rational use of Friends software; the level of financial personnel's computer operation is limited; the software's poor confidentiality and data backup function need to be improved, and the after-sale needs to be improved; the managers neglect several main problems of the enterprise's own situation in the application It is suggested to improve the company's internal system and provide a good working environment; improve the professional quality of financial personnel, cultivate compound talents; pay attention to system security, do a good job of data backup; standardize management companies according to the actual situation of enterprises.
