杭州某化纤厂太阳能热水控制系统设计

摘 要
 太阳能作为取之不尽，用之不竭的绿色可再生能源，随着工业技术以及科学技术的不断发展，人们生活水平的不断提高，其在人类生产和生活中所占的地位越来越重。现在不管是没在生活用水还是在生产用水方面，太阳能热水系统的应用已经越来越多。特别的一些发达国家，使用的比例达到百分之九十以上。
 本文所设计的太阳能热水系统是智能化太阳能系统。利用了温度传感器、水位传感器、单片机等以及电磁阀、水泵等执行部件，使整个系统呈现智能化控制。详细介绍了基于单片机的太阳能热水系统自动控制系统组成、硬件设计和软件设计。该系统以单片机为核心部件, 采用强迫温差跟踪循环方式充分利用太阳能进行加热, 并弥补太阳能自身不足而及时提供辅助能源补充加热,通过智能控制实现全天候不间断提供热水。同时在使用过程中安全性、可靠性、智能化程度都相当高。

AbstractThe solar energy as an inexhaustible green renewable energy, industrial technology, as well as with the continuous development of science and technology, it is the continuous improvement of living standards, and its production and in human life, a growing share of the status of more serious. Now whether or not the water of life in the production of water, solar hot water system has been increasing. Some developed countries in particular, the ratio of the use of more than 90 percent. In this paper, designed solar water heating system is the intelligent solar systems. The use of a temperature sensor, level sensor, single-chip, as well as solenoid valves, pumps and other components to implement the entire system has intelligent control. Described in detail based on single-chip automatic control system for solar water heating system components, hardware design and software design. The system is single-chip microcomputer as the core components, the use of forced temperature difference between the way the cycle track to take full advantage of solar heating and solar energy to make up for their lack of timely provision of auxiliary heating energy added by the realization of intelligent control to provide non-stop round-the-clock hot water. At the same time in the course of the security, reliability, very high degree of intelligence.
