摘 要
 自从交通灯诞生以来，其内部的电路控制系统就不断的被改进，设计方法也开始多种多样，从而使交通灯显得更加智能化。尤其是近几年来，随着电子与计算机技术的飞速发展，电子电路分析和设计方法有了很大的改进，电子设计自动化也已经成为现代电子系统中不可缺少的工具和手段，这些为交通灯控制电路的设计提供了一定的技术基础。
   本文以传统的设计方法为基础，引入了电子设计自动化技术，利用Multisim 8软件在计算机上设计与仿真技术，设计交叉路口的交通控制器的自动指挥系统。采用模块设计的方法，分单元设计交通控制电路，采用了虚拟的方式，对各电路进行设计与优化。同时运用数字逻辑这一强大工具和一些数字逻辑器件，来设计了可控制的道路交通信号灯，借以解决交叉路口的交通问题。

 Abstract
 Since the traffic light emerges, its internal circuit control system is constant and is improved, the design method begins too to be varied , thus make the traffic light seem more intelligent. Especially in recent years, with the development at full speed of electron and computer technology, electronic circuit analysis with design method have heavy improvement very, electronic design automation become a tool which indispensable and the means in the modern electronic system with, these have offered certain technological foundation for design of the light control circuit of traffic.
 This text will based on traditional design method, design the automatic technology after introducing the electron, utilize Multisim8 software to be designed on the computer with artificial technology, design the automatic command system of the traffic controller of the intersection. Adopt the method that the module is designed, divide the unit and design the control circuit of traffic , has adopted the fictitious way, design and optimize every circuit. Use digital logic strong tool and some digital logic devices this at the same time, to design the controllable road traffic signal lamp , in order to solve the traffic problem of the intersection.
