集散管理系统—终端设计

摘   要

本设计主要完成集散管理系统――终端部分的设计。《集散管理系统》是针对目前东风公司各专业厂的生产车间，生产计划，调度指令，零件收发等一系列的信息沟通与传递，完全依赖人工完成。比如车间生产的调度，每天要根据产生科下达的生产计划，制定出车间当天的生产计划，然后分别下达到各个生产班组，甚至下达到设备操作者手上。然后要经常性地了解各种零件的完成情况。这种信息交流模式，在早些年的计划经济时代，尚能应付生产。然而，在如今的市场经济条件下，这种信息交流模式则明显滞后于市场化的要求。所以，本设计的目标是，终端能够显示零件的属性，如：编号，序号，数量等，并且上位机PC机能够控制液晶显示屏进行显示，并且每个工位做完相应零件的时候，由单片机发送指令，传送到上位机之后，任务下达部门就分配下一个需要完成的数据等。

This design mainly completes to gather to spread the design of manage the system ―― terminal part.《 Gather to spread to manage the system 》 is aim at each professional factory of the east breeze company currently of the production car, produce the plan, adjust one degree instruction, the spare parts receives and dispatch etc. the information communication of a series with deliver, the complete dependence artificial complete. For example the car produce of adjust the degree, want everyday according to the creation section descend reach of production plan, draw up the production plan of a that very day of a car, then respectively descend attain each produce a set, even descend attain the equipments operation hand up. Then usually want sex ground understands various spare parts to complete the circumstance. This kind of information exchanges mode, early planned economy ages of some years, can cope with the production still. However, under the condition of the market economy of now, after the then obvious slow of this kind of information exchanges mode in the request that market turn. So, the target of this design is, the terminal can show that the spare parts belongs to sex, such as: Serial number, ordinal number, quantity etc., and the place of honor machine PC function controls the LCD manifestation to hold to carry on the manifestation enough, and a time that does to finish to correspond the spare parts, send out the instruction from a machine, after delivering the place of honor machine, mission descend reach the section to assign data etc. that next demand complete.
