范文编号:JD320 范文字数:24050,页数:44 摘 要:本次设计给定主要技术参数,以CZ0直流接触器为参照,设计一台40A接触器。接触器的主要原理:电磁线圈通电,衔铁和铁心吸合,电磁系统的吸力克服弹簧的反作用力带动动触头与静触头接触,主电路接通;电磁线圈断电,弹簧的反作用力带动衔铁和动触头弹开,触头断开产生的电弧在灭弧室中受到磁吹灭弧和电动力驱动被拉长,并强烈冷却去游离而熄灭,主电路切断。本次设计包括三部分:触头系统的设计、灭弧系统的设计、电磁系统的设计。
Abstract:This design deals with the main technique parameters that are given and consults CZ0 direct current contactor to design a contactor the current is 40A.The main principle of the DC contactor:The electromagnetism coil switches on electricity the title iron to match with the iron heart on,the suction of the electromagnetism system overcomes the counterforce of the spring arouses the action of the contact, the main electric circuit connected;The electromagnetism coil cuts the power the counterforce of the spring arouses the title iron from move to open, the head contact breaks to open the output electricity arc give or get an electric shock in drive to arc-extinct-chamber and made longer,the strong cooling dissociates and put out,the main electric circuit cuts off.The design includes three parts:The design of the contact system,the design of the system of arc-extinct and the design of electromagnetism system..
