范文编号:JD486 附开题报告,任务书,原理图,PCB,范文字数:23717,页数:51 摘 要 在许多自动控制系统中,都需要有稳定的三相PWM发生电路。本文介绍了以大规模全数字集成电路HEF4752为核心设计的三相 PWM发生电路,结构简单,使用方便,易于控制。本文还介绍了芯片HEF4752的脚管功能、内部结构及工作原理,同时描述了这种电路在变频调速系统中的重要应用。由HEF4752产生三相基波频率、幅值和死区时间可调的SPWM波形,实现电动机的变频调速控制。最后运用Protel99SE软件绘制出该系统的硬件原理图和PCB图。该系统虽然仅用硬件来实现,但结果表明以HEF4752为主要控制芯片的SPWM波形发生器结构简单、成本低、性能好、调试方便、运行可靠。
ABSTRACT In a lot of automatic controling systems, the steady occurring three-phase PWM circuit is needed.This paper describes the new type occurning three-phase PWM circuit which the numeral IC HEF4752 is core, and introduces the mounts, the construction and function of the IC HEF4752. The construction of this circuit is very simple. The circuit is controlled easily and used expendiently. At last the software Protel 99SE is used to the draw the SCH and PCB. Although the system achieve only by the hardware , but the results showed that the main control to IC HEF4752 chip SPWM waveform generator is simple, low cost, performance, and debugging convenient, reliable operation.
