摘  要：本次范文设计的是63A三极交流接触器，在借鉴国外同类产品的设计思想和分析样机的基础下，基于三维有限元分析了电磁系统内部的磁场分布,采用ANSYS软件对交流接触器电磁铁进行了优化设计，选取最优的设计方案进行设计。设计的主要内容为:触头系统设计与计算，灭弧系统设计与计算和电磁系统设计与计算。

Design for 63A three pole AC Contactor

Abstract：That this dissertation is designed is 63A three pole AC Contactor,The base draing lessons from external same's produce design idea and the analysis prototype of a machine being living is geted off ,The magnetic field that the three dimensions finites element baseded on were analysed electromagnetism system inside distributes , and adopts the ANSYS software to the exchange contactor electromagnetic iron to have carried on optimization and design ,Selecing the most splendid design scheme design .The main substance designed is : Contact finger system design together with calculation ,Put out arc system design together with calculation and electromagnetism system design together with calculation .
