范文编号:JD590 范文字数:26562,页数:70 [摘要] 微带天线以其体积小、重量轻、结构简单等优点被广泛用于微波通信接收系统及测量领域中。本文设计了一种中心频率为3.0 GHz矩形微带天线。根据矩形微带天线设计理论计算出天线参数,使用微波电路和通信系统仿真软件ADS(Advanced Design System)根据计算参数进行初次仿真,仿真结果不满足设计要求,于是对设计参数进行优化,在原理图中进行阻抗匹配电路设计,设计了微带天线的匹配网络,再对版图进行仿真优化,使结果满足设计要求,从而完成天线设计。仿真优化的结果表明该矩形微带天线的辐射特性基本符合设计要求,中心频率在3GHz,带宽达到了2.93%,增益达到了4.45dB,天线效率达到了76.513%。 [关键词] 矩形微带天线;ADS软件;匹配网络;仿真优化 [Abstract] Microstrip antennas are widely used in microwave communication receiver systems and in areas of measurement for its small size,light weight,simple structure,and other advantages.The paper introduces design process of a rectangular microstrip antenna at the center frequency of 3.0 GHz.The antenna parameters are calculated according to rectangular microstrip antenna design theory.Microwave circuits and communication system simulation software ADS (Advanced Design System) is used for antenna simulation.At first,the simulation results do not meet design requirements.Thus,to optimize the design parameters.ADS is applied to design the matching network for the antenna.Simulation and optimization results show that the rectangular microstrip antenna meet the design requirements at the center frequency of 3 GHz,the bandwidth reachs 2.93 percent,the gain reachs 4.45 dB,the antenna efficiency is 76.513 percent.
