范文编号:JD603 范文字数:10452,页数:25 摘要 本课题通过实验对不同类型的半导体PN结器件进行正向压降与温度特性的测量,获取实验数据,通过整理、分析、比较、综合实验数据,从中比较各器件灵敏度,线性度的优劣,为合理选用PN结温度传感器选择提供依据。主要分析了不同型号的二极管的温度特性,同一种型号的3个二极管的温度特性分析,同一种型号二极管在不同的恒定电流下的温度特性和同一个二极管多次测量的温度特性,主要测量型号有2CP11,1N4007型二极管,FG314050型发光二极管,2CW117型二极管,2CN2型二极管以及用来作对照实验的S9014型三极管。 关键词:PN结;温度传感器;线性度
PN JUNCTION(DIODE) TEMPERATURE SENSOR PERFORMANCE EXPERIMENTAL SYUDY ABSTRACT Here this topic is to obtain experiment data through measurement of different type's PN semiconductors on the forward voltage drop and the temperature characteristic survey. To organize, analysis and synthesize experimental result to get temperature characteristic conclusion of each different type semiconductor PN component and then to research and study the different semiconductor materials, different semiconductor PN to tie the component, develops its forward loss of voltage and the temperature relations characteristic survey separately tests and studies, compares various components sensitivity, the linearity fit and unfit quality. Mainly analysis the different model diode's temperature characteristic identical kind of model 3 diode's temperature characteristic analysis identical kind of model diode's under different constant current temperature characteristic identical diode multiple metering temperature characteristic, to select the PN junction temperature sensor to provide the choice basis reasonably. And the major type includes 2CP11, 1N4007 diodes,2CW117 diode , 2CN2 diode and S9014 dynatron which used for control experiment. Key words: PN junction; temperature sensor; linearity
