摘  要
本文根据IC卡安全方便，存储容量大的优点，以设计出低成本，高可靠性，提高煤气收费的电子化管理为目的，来完成对智能IC卡预付费煤气表的设计。
阐明了系统结构和各模块的功能。智能IC 卡煤气表的硬件是由一个电源模块, 可擦除只读存储器模块, IC 卡模块, 数字液晶模块和煤气传感器等模块组成, 所有这些都是由一个单片机控制的，来完成数据存储，液晶显示，煤气传感器，报警系统，耗气量计数，电磁阀开关，IC卡读写等功能。
同时本文给出了软件的设计流程。

Abstract

According to IC card safe and convenient, the advantages of large storage capacity, to design a low-cost, high reliability, increased gas tariffs of the electronic management for the purpose, to complete the smart card IC pre-paid gas meter design.
Clarify the system structure and function of each module. Smart IC card gas meters from the hardware is a power modules, erasable read-only memory modules, IC card module, digital LCD module and gas sensors, modules, all of which are controlled by a microcontroller, to complete Data storage, liquid crystal display, gas sensors, alarm system, air consumption count, electromagnetic valve switch, IC card readers, and other functions. At the same time this paper, the software design process.
