范文编号:JD680 范文字数:16224,页数:49 摘 要 本设计中的步进电机驱动控制系统以CPLD 复杂可编程逻辑器件为核心, 由于采用了CPLD 器件, 将步进电机控制器的多个模块合成在一起, 功能强大, 并且整个硬件结构十分简洁,节省了资源。通过MAX+plusⅡ系统开发软件使CPLD 器件本身的联合测试组(JTAG)接口与PC机的串行接口进行通信, 可以针对不同类型步进电机的不同工作状态进行在线系统编程、修改和扩充功能,使控制器的可靠度和稳定性更高,操作更灵活,由于CPLD器件本身的特点,还可以同时控制多个步进电机,对于多步进电机同步控制系统也有很好的应用价值。 关键词:步进电机控制,CPLD,MAX+plusⅡ
Abstract The stepping in this design dynamo drives the control system regard complicated programmable logic device, PLD in CPLD as the nucleus because of adopting the device of CPLD, synthesizing several modules of the stepping dynamo controller together, the function is strong and big, and whole hardware structure very Chien's , saved the resource.Pass the MAX+plus Ⅱ system development software makes the device of CPLD oneself of in ass- -ociation with the test set( JTAG) connecting orifice proceeds with the machine of PC string row connecting orifice the communication, the different work status that can aim at the different type stepping dynamo proceeds the on-line the programming of system, modification with enlarge the function, making controller of the reliability is higher with the stability, operating more vivid, because of characteristics of oneself the device of CPLD, can also control several steppings dynamo at the same time, also have good application to synchronous control system in dynamo in many steppings value.
