智能家居系统CAN总线通信模块设计

摘  要   
 
现场总线在控制系统中的应用使各领域的综合自动化控制技术飞速发展, 成为控制领域的一个新热点。控制器局部网（CAN,controller area network）, 属于现场总线的范畴, 因为其卓越的特性、极高的可靠性和独特的设计, 已经成为国际标准, 在工业自动化设备的互连方面得到越来越广泛的应用, 并已被公认为最有前途的现场总线之一。
本文详细介绍了CAN总线通信在智能家居中的设计方案，详细说明了该方案的设计思想，并阐述了其功能，特点。本文的设计紧紧围绕以智能家居为应用目标，利用CAN总线实现智能家居的通信，使得原来不具有CAN功能的处理器实现高速的CAN总线通信。具体的设计用ARM芯片S3C2410为核心，因为S3C2410并不带CAN控制器，所以选用MCP2510做为CAN的控制器，并且以SPI接口做通道，软件部分以模块化设计为中心，将待开发的软件系统划分为若干个相互独立的模块，这样使完成每一个模块的工作变得明确。硬件部分的设计按照CAN典型的设计方法来设计，严格按照各芯片引脚的参数进行设计。
    从实验的结果可以看出，该设计可以实现了CAN的通信功能，实现了数据的自发自收。

Abstract

   In the application of controlled systems, Fieldbus has improved the development of the comprehensive controlled technique,which has been a hot topic in the field of control .Controller Area Network belongs to the category of the Fieldbus.Due to its transcendent characters,the fantastic reliability and the special design,CAN has reached the international standard and been applied more and more popular in the aspects of interconnectiong of the industry automation device.Moreover,it’s regarded as one of the most promising Fieldbus by the public.
This article introduced the design program of CAN correspondence in the Intelligent House.At the same time,this paper declared the design thought of this program carefully with its function and characters.The design of this article focused on the Intelligent House as the applied goal,then fulfilling the correspondence of Intelligent House by the CAN fieldbus.So that the controller without CAN function at the begine can fulfill the correspondence of the CAN Fieldbus rapidly.The specific design regarded the ARN chip S3C2410 as the core of the whole design.Because S3C2410 had not CAN controller,so I choosed MCP2510 as CAN controller and the SPI interface as channel.The software of this design was mainly about modular design .In order to clera the task of each module,I devided the undeveloped software system into several separate module.The hardware of this design was designed in terms of the tipical CAN design and the parameters of each chip pin strictly.
 We can see from the result of this experiment ,the design can fulfill the correspondence function of CAN so that the data can be sended and received by itself.
