范文编号:JD853 附开题报告,任务书,外文翻译,范文字数:22526,页数:34 摘要: 本文阐述了基于高性能DDS芯片AD9858的数字化频率特性测试仪的设计。该测试仪以DDS 芯片AD9858为核心构成扫频信号源电路,以增益相位检测器AD8302为核心构成检测电路,以DSP芯片TMS320VC5409为核心构成控制与运算电路。该测试仪能产生频率范围达10-6Hz~300MHz,功率范围为-55dBm~+18dBm 的扫频信号。系统基本达到全数字化,大大地缩小了仪器的体积和重量,而且系统提供了丰富的外围接口,方便了用户的使用。 The design of tester for frequency characteristic based on the DDS Abstract: In the paper, the digital tester for frequency response characteristic based on the high performance DDS chip AD9858 is presented. The signal generator of sweep frequency is based on DDS device AD9858, the signal measuring circuit is based on gain and phase detector AD8302 ,the real-time control and deal circuit is based on TMS320VC5409 of DSP chip. The system can generate sweep frequency signal with the frequency range from 10-6Hz to 300MHz, and with the power range from -55dBm to+18dBm. Digital and miniaturization be fulfilled in the design of the frequency characteristic, the bulk and weight of the instrument will be greatly reduced. The instrument provides many kinds of periphery interface, make it very convenient to use.
