范文编号:JD059 字数:21045.页数:49 摘 要 本文对基于DSP的双闭环直流调速系统进行了研究,并设计出应用于直流电动机的双闭环直流调速系统。在参考相关资料基础上,结合控制理论的相关知识以及直流调速系统的新型算法,转速环采用模糊控制算法,电流环采用数字PI算法。在本系统的具体硬件实现上,采用了目前比较流行的数字信号处理器(DSP)作为系统的控制器,;软件设计中,进行电流环和速度环中控制量的计算以及相位角度的计算,产生脉冲触发信号。 关键词:DSP,模糊控制,直流调速。 ABSTRACT DC motor has excellent character on speed regulation, such as smooth timing in a wide range, simple method. Meanwhile as its capability on overload, enduring frequent impacting load, it is widely used in area of high performance electric drive such as cutting machine tool, paper machine, etc This paper researches DC-drive speed system with a dual-converter and dual-closed-loop based DSP, discussing a new control method that combines DSP with D C-drive, designs applies in direct current motor's double closed loop current velocity modulation system. The union control theory's related knowledge as well as the direct-current velocity modulation system's new algorithm, the rotational speed link uses the fuzzy control algorithm, the electric current link uses the digital PI algorithm. Used digital signal processor (DSP) to take system's controller, its processing speed was high, happen to tallied this realizes timeliness to request the high characteristic; in the design of software , calculate the current loop and speed ,and generate trigger signal pulse.
