摘要：温度巡检仪是冰箱自动检测系统的一部分，本课题是一种以 8051 单片机为核心构成的智能仪器系统，该温度巡检仪可对64点温度进行巡回检测和显示又可对某点进行定点检测和显示，在检测的同时可以进行声光报警，带有串行通讯接口的温度巡检仪。整个系统是由温度传感器电路，电压放大电路，多路检测通道选择电路， A/D 转换电路，抗干扰电路，最小系统电路，键盘显示电路，声光报警电路组成。因此，从整个系统的功能上可以分为四个部分：
第一部分：巡回检测部分。当按下巡检该功能键时，系统可以从第1路到64路巡回检测并且显示出检测的点数和温度值。
第二部分：定点检测部分。定点检测可以在一开始就执行也可以在巡检的过程中执行。当定点检测完了而按下了巡检键又可以继续往下执行巡回检测。
第三部分：声光报警部分。首先设定一个温度上限值，当检测到某点的温度值超过了该上限值时，系统就会报警。报警一段时间后系统可以继续往下检测。
第四部分：串行通信部分。系统带有串行通信接口，可以实现多机通信也可以实行与PC机的数据通信。
本系统的主要特点是：
可以将系统检测的点数扩展到64路。可以实现巡回检测和定点检测，而且两种检测可以交互进行。
可以实现声光报警。
带有串行通信接口，可以实现通信和与上位机通信。

Abstract:Thetemperature cruises the examintion instrument is a refrigerator to examine a part of the system automatically, this lesson an intelligence for is a kind ofly with 8051 single a machines for core constituting instrument system, that temperature cruises the examintion instrument cans cruise to return to examination to 64:00 temperature proceeding with show that can examine to a certain proceeding fixed-point again with show, at examine at the same time to can proceed the sound and light report to the police, taking a string of a communication connects the oscular temperature cruises the examintion instrument . Whole system is be spread by temperature to feel machine electric circuit, the electric voltage enlarge the electric circuit, many roads examination passage choose the electric circuit, A/ D conversion electric circuit, anti- interference electric circuit, minimum system electric circuit, keyboard manifestation electric circuit, the sound and light report to the police the electric circuit constitute.
Therefore, can is divided into four parts from the function top of whole system:
Part one:Cruise to return to examination part. When press to cruise to return to examination that function key, system can from the 1 road to 64 roads cruise to return to examination and display the number of the examination with the temperature value
Part two:The fixed-point examination part.The fixed-point examination   can carry out in first beginning carried out too can at cruise return examination of process.When the fixed-point examination is over but pressed to cruise the key of Cruise to return to examination again downward carry out to cruise to return to examination.
Part three:The sound and light reports to the police the part. First set up a temperature upper limit value, be to examine a certain temperature value that upper limit the value,
Part four:A correspondence is part of. The system takes a string of a data for the correspondence connects, canning realize manyly the machine correspondence also can practice with the machine of PCs correspondence.
The main characteristics of this system is:
1.Can the number that examine expand system to 64 road. Can realize to cruise to return to examination to examine with the fixed-point, and two kinds of examinations can hand over to proceed with each other.
2.Can realize the sound and light report to the police.
3.Taking a correspondence connects, can realize correspondence and correspond by letter with place of honor machine.
