中俄边境贸易的现状与对策研究

摘    要

      近年来，中俄边境贸易发展很快。边境贸易是中俄经济贸易合作的重要组成部分。边境贸易的发展既是中俄战略伙伴关系建立与发展的结果，也是中俄经贸合作未来的发展方向之一，其贸易发展前景十分广阔。中俄边境贸易的发展有利于我国北方边境4省区——吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古、新疆的地区经济发展，促进了当地民族经济繁荣，为全国经济的稳定与发展作出了贡献。但在中俄边境贸易飞速发展的同时，依然存在一些贸易困惑，而且还不能得到很好的解决。因此，在俄罗斯经济迅速恢复、争取加入WTO之际，我们应该顺应实际情况，及时调整中俄边境贸易政策，抓住时机，促进边境贸易的更快速发展。

Abstract

In recent years，the China and Russia frontier trade development is very quick. The frontier trade is an important constituent of the Chinese and Russian economical trade cooperation. The development of frontier trade t is not only a result which the China and Russia strategic partnership establishes and develops，but also will be one of Chinese and Russian economics and trade cooperation future development directions, Its trade prospects for development are extremely broad. The China and Russia frontier trade development is advantageous north part of our country frontier 4 provincial capital area - - Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang’s local economy development, promoted the local nationality economic boom，having made the contribution for national economy stabilizing with the development. However, while China and Russia frontier trade rapid development, there still has some trades to be puzzled，moreover cannot obtain the very good solution. Therefore，restores rapidly in the Russian economy, strives for joins when WTO，we should comply with the actual situation，adjusts the China and Russia frontier trade policy promptly, holds the opportunity，Promotes a frontier trade faster development.
