九江市新型国际港口服务发展调研分析

摘    要

      港口，尤其是对外贸易港口是一国对外经济联系的门户和枢纽。目前港口的竞争已经从成本差异竞争转向质量竞争，进而转向服务竞争。作为国民经济的基础设施，世界各国对港口都非常重视，并从政策上予以扶持，以帮助和促进新型港口服务发展的需要。本文首先阐述了国内外新型港务的发展现状，总结归纳出国内外在新型港口服务上发展的方向和重点，比如集装箱运输、港口物流、信息化港口等。接着通过调研和文献分析，了解掌握了九江市新型港口发展的资源、物流等方面的现状，并且给予评价，归纳出优势以及存在的问题。最后借鉴国内外大型港口建设的经验，系统分析了九江市发展新型港务的必要性以及适合九江市新型港口服务发展的具体策略，包括提高集装箱运输能力、发展港口物流和建设电子口岸等。其中，加强港口物流服务是最重要的一环。

The harbor, particularly the foreign trade harbor is a country's foreign economic ties hub and the gateway. Currently, the competition between ports has already changed to the quality competition from the cost difference competition, and then turn to the service competition. As the infrastructure of the national economy, countries all around the world pay great attention to the development of the port and support it by preferential policy in order to help and promote its evolution. This paper will firstly state the current situation of the new port service both domestic and foreign, summarize the developing direction and the main point of the new port services, such as container transportation, port logistics and port information etc. Then through the investigation and analysis of the reference, it finds out the present level of Jiujiang port’s new type service on resources, logistics and so on. Some evaluations on them will be given. In the end, it may analyze the necessity and the development strategy of Jiujiang port’s new type service. It includes improving the capacity of container transportation, developing port logistics, constructing the electronic port and so on., of which enhancing the port logistics service is the most important one in the process of develop the new type port services.
