论纺织品环境标准体系建设在突破绿色壁垒中的作用

摘   要

     随着传统贸易壁垒的逐渐弱化，一些发达国家通过制定高于发展中国家的环保标准来大肆推行绿色贸易壁垒这种新的贸易保护主义，它的出现成为我国纺织品进入国际市场的一大障碍。本文介绍了纺织品服装业贸易中存在的绿色贸易壁垒以及其对我国纺织出口贸易的主要影响，分析我国纺织业遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的主要原因，并且提出了加强我国纺织品环境标准体系建设、强化纺织品环境标准的执行等建议来解决相应的问题。

Abstract

With the gradually weakening of the traditional trade barriers, some developed countries are trying to promote the new trade protection doctrine by means of establishing the environmental protection standards, which are stricter than the developing countries’. Its emergence had become a big obstacle in China’s textile products entering into the international market. This article introduces the green trade barriers which exist in the textile trade and its influence to our textile export, analyses the main reasons of our textile’s green trade barriers, and puts forth some suggestion such as enhance the construction and the execution of the textile eco-standard, to settle the relevant problems.
