对外资银行放宽管制后中资银行业面临的冲击

摘    要

      随着06年底《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》的颁布，我国放宽了对外资银行的管制，中国银行业全面对外开放。人民币业务的对外开放固然有利于我国银行业与国际接轨，符合我国对外开放的政策，然而开放所带的冲击对我国银行业仍是巨大的挑战。
由于我国银行业缺乏市场经济的磨练，在经营管理，风险控制，技术应用等放面表现出了严重的劣势。从而在与外资银行竞争中将存在人才竞争、优质客户争夺、金融产品争夺等一系列的挑战。为了提高中国银行业整体竞争力，建立一个健康、发达的银行体系，文章从中外资银行的现实情况出发，研究出一系列的应对措施以推动了银行业全面改革，提高了银行业的健康度及综合竞争力。

Abstract

Along with the issuing of the “Administrative Act of Foreign Capital Bank”, we have loosen control of  foreign capital bank, and our banks opens to the outside world entirely. Although the opening-up of RMB business will do good to our banks’ connecting with the world and accords with our opening policy, it will still bring our banks a lot of difficulties and great adventure. 
  Our banks will be in disadvantage in the aspects of business running, risk control, technique application and so on since we lack the experience fighting in the market economy. So we will face the fierce competition of talent, good customers, banking products and so on. In order to improve the power of the competition and set up a healthy and advanced banking system, we have to work out a series of measures to put advance the reform of the bank industry and improve the competition power of our banks.
