当前我国对外贸易摩擦现状、原因及对策

摘   要

     随着经济全球化的发展，各国之间贸易交流日益频繁，贸易摩擦也随之产生。作为世界第三大贸易国，且经济仍不断高速发展的我国，与他国发生的摩擦也与日剧增.加入世贸组织后，我国对外贸易摩擦不仅没有得到缓解，形势反而更趋严峻。文章就将对我国对外贸易摩擦做一个简要的分析，并提出一些应对措施。本文先阐述我国对外贸易摩擦特征，接着分析摩擦产生并不断恶化的原因；再提出产生贸易摩擦后我国应马上采取的应对措施，如积极主动应诉，联合国外的利益集团将矛盾转移等。最后，文章从政府和企业两方面提出了解决我国贸易摩擦长期的对策建议。

 Abstract

With the development of the economic globalization, the trading among the countries is becoming more and more frequent. However, the problem of trade friction appears in the same time. As the third biggest trading country, the friction between our country and the others takes place on and on with our economy keeping in the high speed of development. Though we have taken part in the WTO, the situation doesn’t ease and become more and more serious by contraries.
In this thesis, we will do a brief analysis about the trade friction and put forward some suggestions to the situation. At first we will illuminate the characteristics of our country’s foreign trade friction, and then probe into the factors that led up to the situation. After that the article advances some measures which we must take in order to get a mutually satisfactory settlement of dispute, for example, giving the active and positive response to the appeal, transferring the conflict by cooperating with the foreign benefit groups. Last, standing by the angle of government and enterprise separately, the writer advices some countermeasure which can take a long effect in solving the trade friction.
