中远集运公司的发展问题探讨

摘    要

      中远集装箱运输有限公司 (中远集运) 是中国远洋运输集团旗下主要从事国际海上集装箱运输的专业化企业,从1978年开始从事国际集装箱运输近30年。截至2006年底，中远集运已拥有139艘全集装箱船，总箱位近40万标准箱,经营着80多条国际航线，及数十条国内航线。船舶在全球超过30个国家和地区超过100个港口挂靠,位列世界第六.然而，随着我国开放航运服务贸易市场以及加入WTO,中远集运面临着严峻的考验. 作为我国国际海运的主力军,中远集运应当乘风破浪,积极应对各项考验,提高自身的国际竞争力,做好我国航运的领头羊的工作.研究中远集运存在的问题及其应对措施,对中远甚至整个我国航运市场而言具有相当可观的现实意义.为此,本文应用在校所学的理论,结合实际工作经验,通过研究中远集运现状和发展历程,提出中远集运当前存在的问题,分析问题的原因所在,并针对各个原因提出可采取的措施.
本文分为三部分阐述中远集运的发展及问题探讨，第一部分介绍中远集运的发展历程和现状。第二部分由发展历程和现状中发现中远集运存在的问题并就所提出的问题逐个分析其存在的原因。第三部分是本文的重点，就各个问题的原因分析寻找解决方案和应对措施。

 Abstract

Container Lines Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as COSCON) is one of COSCO’s subsidiary that takes in charge of integrated container shipping services. It has been almost 30 years for them to containerize the cargoes globally since 1978.With opening the shipping service trading market and our entry into WTO; COSCON is facing fierce challenge day by day. As a leading shipping service provider in china, what shall COSCON do to get through the difficulties and then improve her own competitiveness? Therefore, applying the theory learned in college courses and combining with little working experience, research on the situation of COSCON, this thesis describes the problems COSCON faced, analyses its probable reasons and the measures can be taken.
This article divides into three parts of the development and the question, the first part is introducing COSCO’s development course and present situation. The second part analyzes the existed question and its reason. The third part is a key point that seeks the solution and its countermeasure.
