FDI与浙江省可持续发展的探究

摘    要

      近几年外商直接投资（FDI）已经成为浙江省促进经济增长、增加收入、扩大就业的重要因素。然而，在充分肯定外商直接投资带来的积极效应的同时，我们也不能忽视其消极的一面，特别是在我国把可持续发展放到十分重要的地位的今天。我们必须正视矛盾、加强管理、科学决策、减少损失，制定有利于实现浙江省可持续发展的吸引外商直接投资战略。
本文首先从浙江省FDI的实践入手分析了浙江吸收FDI的基本现状，然后分别从生态环境、产业结构、区域结构、人力资源和技术创新、资源要素等五个方面对FDI与浙江省可持续发展的矛盾进行分析，最后在理论研究和实证分析的基础上提出一些建议与对策，本文认为应该完善引资政策、保证区域平衡、建立主导产业群、建立可持续发展的外资产业体系以及积极实施人才战略。

Abstract

During recent years The Foreign Direct Investment（FDI） has already become the important factor promoting the economic growth, increasing incomes, expanding employment. While affirming the positive effect which FDI has brought, we can not ignore the negative side either, especially today Sustainable Development has been put into a very important position in our country. We have to face the contradiction, strengthen management, decide scientifically, reduce losses, and make the strategy that can attract the FDI meanwhile assure the sustainable development of ZheJiang province.
Firstly this Article analyses current situation of ZheJiang Province absorbing FDI ,Secondly, The article analyses the contradiction of FDI and ZheJiang Province Sustainable Development from ecological environment, industrial structure, region structure, human resources ,technical innovation, resources essential factor and so on .On the basis of the thing that theoretical research and real example are analyzed. Finally, it Puts forward some proposals and counter-measure. The Article thought we should Consummation FDI Policy, balance the area, establish leading industry group , establish the Sustainable Development FDI system and implement talent strategy actively.
