电子商务环境下中小企业物流配送问题研究

摘   要

     21世纪是电子商务的时代，在知识经济条件下，电子商务呈现出强劲的发展势头，而中小企业在发展电子商务中，物流配送起着极其重要的作用。
本文研究了电子商务环境下，中小企业在物流配送方面所面临的问题及其解决方法，它是促进我国中小企业电子商务发展和经济发展的关键所在。首先，本文介绍了电子商务以及中小企业物流配送的基本概念及其影响和作用；其次，根据国内外中小企业配送发展情况的对比，详细地分析了我国中小企业电子商务配送的现状及存在的不足，并且阐述了中小企业的物流配送在电子商务中所遇到的阻碍和冲击；最后，根据中小企业发展物流配送所存在的问题提出了适应电子商务发展的配送模式及改进配送中心的方法，在上述分析的基础上，结合实际案例，提出促进我国中小企业电子商务配送发展的解决方案。最后综合全文的阐述，论证和案例分析，总结了范文中提出的在发展电子商务的进程中解决中小企业配送问题的相关方法。

Abstract

The 21st century is the era of electronic commerce. Under the knowledge economy, e-commerce presents strong development tendency . Logistics plays an important role in the development of E-commerce by small and medium sized enterprises.
The thesis analyzes the problems faced by medium and small enterprises in logistics and the solutions, which are the key issues in the economic development and the development of E-commerce of small and medium sized enterprises in China. First, the paper introduces some basic concepts, effects and functions about E-commerce and physical distribution for small and medium sized enterprises. Then, it gives a detailed analysis about current situation of E-commerce logistics of small and medium sized enterprises and their problems, and illustrates the hindrances and difficulties that small and medium sized enterprises will encounter in E-commerce when they conduct physical distribution. Finally, the paper proposes an approach suitable for logistics model in the development of E-commerce and suitable for reconstruction of distribution center. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, together with real cases, it puts forward some solutions to the development of E-commerce distribution of small and medium sized enterprises in China.
