第三方物流公司合作模式探析

摘   要

    在这个市场竞争异常激烈的时代，人们开始注重核心竞争力，把不属于核心竞争力的要素外包，在此背景下越多的综合物流服务公司出现了。这些公司的宗旨是向身为托运人的顾客提供其对物流总需求的全部或部分服务，这种物流服务方式被称为“第三方物流”。第三方物流作为国民经济的命脉，在日常生产和生活中起着不可替代的作用。
本文论述了第三方物流在企业的采购和生产中的具体应用情况。文章以第三方物流深入佑多采购和生产运作应用为主线，在阐述相关概念和理论的基础上，结合佑多企业的生产特点和现状，谈谈从第三方物流如何深入到佑多的内部供应链（即采购和生产）中，到第三方物流深入佑多后给佑多带来那些具体的改善和影响,文章最后提出建议--佑多该如何避免这些负面影响。

Abstract

In the era of extremely fierce competition market, people began to pay more attention to their core competitiveness, and outsource the elements that do not belong to their core competitiveness. In this context, more integrated logistics services companies emerged. The purpose of these companies is to offer for logistics services in whole or in part its customers as a shipper's total demand. Such logistics service mode is known as 'third-party logistics.' 3PL as the lifeline of the economy plays an irreplaceable role in production and daily life.
This article talked about the real applicable condition of the 3PL in purchase and production of one company. Taking 3PL joined the Furthermore’s purchase and operation as the main line and basing on explaining the relative conception and theory, the article connected the characteristics and current condition of Furthermore, and showed how the 3PL joined into the inner supply chain of Furthermore, what development and effection that the 3PL brought to Furthermore, finally the analysis that how to keep off the negative influence.
