人民币升值对山东省农产品进出口贸易的影响及对策

摘   要

    从2005年7月21日起，我国放弃了盯住单一美元的做法，实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节和有管理的浮动汇率制度。同时，人民币开始向上升值。在汇率制度进行这项重大改革之前和改革以后一年来，人民币升值可能会对我国相关行业造成的影响一直就是社会讨论的热点，其中就包括农产品加工行业。
本文通过对人民币升值的背景以及山东省农产品进出口贸易的特点进行分析,结合人民币升值影响农产品进出口贸易的理论依据,阐述人民币升值对山东省农产品进出口贸易的影响,寻找农产品进出口企业的应对之策,旨在为山东省农产品的加工企业探寻应对人民币升值的策略，从而使农产品加工企业受到的负面影响降到最低。

Abstract

From July 21, 2005, China gave up observe closely to the sole US dollar procedure. The implementation takes the market supply and demand as the foundation, which refers to a basket currency to carry on the adjustment and to adjust the floating exchange rate system. Meanwhile, the RMB started upwardly to revalue. Before and after this significant reform in the exchange rate system, it creates a certain influence to Chinese business, which includes the agricultural products processing business.
 This thesis analyzes the background of RMB revaluation as well as the agricultural product import and export trade characteristic of Shandong province. By linking up RMB revaluation influence to agricultural product import and export trade theory, it is to elaborate the influence to Shandong agricultural product’s import and export trade and to seek strategies for the agricultural product’s import and export enterprises in Shandong province. Thereby, we may find some countermeasures for Shandong agricultural products export enterprise in dealing with the RMB revaluation.
