我国中药出口现状分析及对策研究

摘   要

    随着回归大自然潮流的兴起，天然植物药在全球日益受到关注。中医以其独特的科学理论体系和特有的治疗效，被世界上越来越多的人们所接受。而中药因其源自天然，成本较低，且副作用小而日益受到世界各国的关注。作为中药发源地的中国，中药资源开发利用的历史长达几千年。然而面对日益扩大的国际市场，中国中药的出口状况并不能让人满意，国际市场的占有率和竞争力远远不及日本、韩国等国家，这种状况不能不令国人大失所望。本文在分析了我国中药产品出口所具有的优势和当前的出口现状的基础上，认为当前出口现状不尽如人意的主要原因是我国中药出口产品的质量不稳定，中药产品的包装不规范及贸易壁垒的限制等，因此要改变这种状况，推动我国中药出口的发展，就必须从加大科技投入，提高出口产品质量，改进出口产品包装等方面入手，不断提高中药出口产品的科技含量和品质，使我国的中药产品在国际市场的竞争力不断增强，同时，通过内外联动，打破某些国家的贸易壁垒，为中药产品的出口创造良好的外部环境。

Abstract

With the tide of returning back to the nature, the natural plant medicine gets more and more attention around the world. The traditional Chinese medical science has been accepted by more and more people because of its special scientific theories and unique therapeutic effect. The traditional Chinese medicine costs less and has little side effect as it sources from the nature, so it has been concerned by all the countries on the earth. China, as the original country of traditional Chinese medicine, has a history of development and usage of traditional Chinese medical resource as long as thousands of years. However, facing to the broad international market, the export situation of traditional Chinese medicine in China is not satisfying. The market competitive capacity is far inferior to Japan and South Korea, which makes the Chinese disappointed. This paper analyses the advantages in the export of traditional Chinese medicine of our country and shows the export satiation by now. The author thinks that the unstable quality，questionable packing and limit from the trade barriers are main reasons to the unsatisfied export situation. Only in controlling the quality of the product, improving the packing, breaking the trade barriers and protecting the intellectual property, can we improve the export situation of traditional Chinese medicine.
