FDI对山东省产业结构的影响及对策分析

摘  要

     通过利用外资、引进技术来发展区域经济，历来是国际上的成功经验，山东省经济得以在改革开放后迅速腾飞原因也在于此。随着经济日益全球化，如何吸引更多的外商投资，推动本区域的经济发展和产业结构升级，是各地区改革开放的重要内容。本文结合近几年山东省实际情况，通过对FDI的现状分析和FDI的绩效分析，发现FDI对山东省产业结构既有积极的影响，也还存在不足的地方，特别是区域分布上的矛盾，对山东省产业结构也产生一些不利因素和负面影响，根据以上分析，对FDI如何能够更好的促进产业结构的升级提出相应的对策。

Abstract

Using of foreign investment to import advanced technology has historically been successful in developing the regional economy. It is the reason why the economy in Shandong province develops rapidly after reforming and opening up. With the economic globalization, it is an important issue how to attract more foreign investment, how to promote the regional  economic development and how to upgrade the industrial structure. Based on actual situation of Shangdong provide in recent years, situation analysis on FDI and the performance evaluation of FDI, the paper discovers that FDI has positive effects on the industrial structure in Shandong province, and some problems as well, especially the unfavorable factors and negative effects on the industry structure of Shandong province brought by the contradiction in the regional distribution. According to the above analysis, the paper proposes a few appropriate countermeasures on how to better promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
