关于解决中小企业融资难问题的若干思考

摘  要：中小企业是改革开放后出现的新的企业群体,对我国国民经济和社会发展做出了积极贡献。但是,融资难的问题一直制约着中小企业的发展,尤其全球金融危机爆发以来, 作为推动区域经济发展主力军的中国小企业面临着巨大挑战，融资问题更是成为了中小企业生存发展的瓶颈。同时,这一问题也受到了国家和社会各界的高度关注。本文主要针对当前我国中小企业融资中存在的问题,提出了几点有针对性的政策建议。

On Resolving the Problem of Financing SMEs Reflections

Abstract: SMEs emerged after the reform and opening up new business groups, economic and social development in China has made a positive contribution. However, the financing difficulties of the issue has been restricting the development of SMEs, in particular, the global financial crisis, as a major force in promoting regional economic development, China faces enormous challenges in small business, financing issues that become a bottleneck for survival and development of SMEs. At the same time, this issue has also been the national and community attention. In this paper, the financing of SMEs in China in view of the current problems, put forward several targeted policy recommendations.
