范文编号:GM344 范文字数:14183.页数:14 绿色贸易壁垒对中国出口贸易的影响与对策 摘 要 人类正经历着前所未有的生态环境破坏在此客观情况下，人类开始关注环境；随着全球经济一体化的进程，世界各国之间的贸易往来更加频繁;为此，贸易与环境成为全球瞩目的焦点，当前世界贸易中出现了一种新的动向：发达国家通过制定高于发展中国家的环境标准，作为市场准入的限制条件，来推行新的贸易保护主义，从而使传统的贸易壁垒逐步演变成绿色贸易壁垒。文中论述了中国加入世贸组织后，各种绿色贸易壁垒对中国出口产品造成很大影响，中国应积极采取的应对策略和措施。当前，中国在大力发展对外贸易的过程中，面临着许多双边多边环保协议及有关国家环保法规的直接或间接限制，绿色贸易壁垒成为中国加入WTO后遭碰到的一道严重障碍，直接威胁到中国企业出口贸易的发展为此，我们应该大力实施绿色战略，积极开展绿色产品认证，创建一批有口皆碑的名牌绿色产品，突破绿色贸易壁垒，走向国际市场。
The impact of Green trade barriers on China's exports and Today's society is experiencing an unprecedented ecological destruction .We begin to concern the environment. As the global economic integration deepens, trade between the countries of the world become more frequent.Trade and environment become the focus of the world'sattentionand a new trend emerged: the developed countries are better than developing countries in the development of environmental standards,market access restrictions and the implementation of new trade protectionism. As a result the gradual evolution of traditional trade barriers turnedinto the green trade barriers.This article discusses China's accession to the WTO, and all the green trade barriers on on Chinese exports, suggesting China should take active coping strategies and measures.At present, China's foreign trade is in the process to develop, and many bilateral or multilateral environmental agreements and related national environmental laws and regulations were made in the development of the export trade business.Therefore we should vigorously implement the green strategy, promote the green product certification, create a number of legendary brands of green products and make green trade barrier breakthrough in the international market. 【Key words】Green trade barriers Green trade barriers Response 目 录
