本币升值背景下浙江服装外贸行业面临的新问题与应对措

摘  要

2005年7月21日，中国进行了举世瞩目的人民币汇率改革。中国人民银行宣布人民币兑美元汇率升值。这次汇改放弃了1998年以来实际执行的钉住美元政策，转而参考一篮子货币，迄今已经三年了。在这三年的时间中，人民币汇率升值的情况如何，以及我们如何看待人民币升值，人民币升值改革将带给我国经济环境什么样的影响，在此，本文都一一做了分析。一方面，检验所得结果向我们展现了人民币汇率波动对浙江纺织服装业进出口的具体影响情况，本文认为未来浙江纺织服装业会面临更为严峻考验和挑战，因而提出了调整浙江纺织服装业的产业结构等建议。

ABSTRACT

 On July 21, 2005，China made RMB exchange rate reform attract worldwide attention. Bank of China announced that the RMB increase the U.S. dollar exchange rate. Since 1998 The exchange reform to give up the practical implementation of the U.S. dollar peg policy in favor of a basket of currencies has three years old. In three years, how does the RMB exchange rate change and how we look at the RMB appreciation and what it impact the enviorment . In this I will speak them one by one. On the one hand, test results showed us the RMB exchange rate will impact the import and export of textile and garment industry of Zhejiang specific impact situation;  As the future of Zhejiang Textile & Garment will face more severe tests and challenges, which made the adjustment of Zhejiang Textile & Garment Industry industrial structure and so on.
