中国企业在非洲直接投资的风险及防范

摘 要

 近年来，非洲逐渐成为中国企业投资热点。在中国企业投资非洲的过程中遇到了各种风险，这些风险体现出了非洲市场的特点。期望对非洲进行直接投资的企业家们正在努力了解非洲，努力认清投资非洲的风险，并迫切地寻找防范这些风险的方法。本文在前人研究的基础上，从客观上和主观上两个角度系统分析了中国企业在非洲直接投资遇到的风险，并提出了在投资前和投资后两个阶段防范风险的不同方法，期望给已经和即将投资非洲的中国企业的微观决策提供一些参考。

THE RISKS AND PRECAUTIONS
 IN THE CHINESE ENTERPRISES’INVESTMENTS IN AFRICA

ABSTRACT

 In the past few years, Africa has been the investment hotspot for the Chinese enterprises. In the process of investing in Africa, The Chinese enterprises have encountered all kinds of risks, which embody the characteristics in Africa market. The enterprisers who want to invest in Africa are come to understand Africa and recognize the risks of investing in Africa in an industriously manner, and urgent to find precautions to the risks.  This article analyzed the risks the Chinese enterprises meet, while they are investing directly in Africa, from both objective and subjective angles, and provide different precautions to pre-investment and after investment stage. It also put forward the precautions to these risks in the hope of providing some reference for the micro decision-making of Chinese enterprises which have invested or will invest in Africa.
