范文编号:GM392 范文字数:19226.页数:27 摘 要 在金融危机的背景下,出口企业面临战略转型的关键时期。温州是中国地方性产业集群最为典型的地区之一,而温州鞋业是其中最为典型的产业集群。由于鞋业的价值链驱动主体区别于生产商驱动的全球产业,为采购商驱动模式,故它的升级模式具有其一定的特点。本文主要运用价值链理论与地方产业集群升级理论两个理论,试图从全球价值链的角度,概括分析温州鞋业集群的布局结构和特有的地方化组织机制。并且列举了西班牙鞋业集群形成发展历史与康奈集团国际化路线两个例子,根据产业集群的演化规律指出温州鞋业集群如何从地方性产业集群向全球价值链演化的发展模式,为它今后的发展指明方向。其中包括它如何能应对产业转型的挑战,如何成功实现在价值链上的升级,如何实现可持续的发展模式,同时这也可以供给国内广大的一些处于摸索中的传统产业集群以作参考。 关键词:全球价值链、金融危机、温州鞋业集群、产业升级 ABSTRACT As for the financial crisis, many export-oriented enterprises are facing a critical period of strategy switching in China. Wenzhou is famous for being one of the most typical area of industry cluster, mostly because of the shoe industry. With specific chain driven—buyer-driven, which is different from the product driven, the upgrading of shoe manufacture has its own unique model. This paper analysis the main structure and system of the shoe cluster located in Wenzhou, by using the theories of global value chain (GVC) and industry cluster upgrade . Through introducing the cases of Spain shoe cluster and Kangnai enterprise, this paper aims to conclude the general development direction, which contains the model as well as the way to successfully transformed ,and how to upgrade in the global chain .This paper can also supply as a reference for those SME s (small and medium size enterprises)who are still searching for the strategy to be well transformed.
