中国证券市场监管与投资者利益保护

摘  要

 投资者是证券市场最重要的参与主体。保护投资者的利益，尤其是保护中小投资者的利益，是证券市场快速健康发展的重要一环，同时随着证券市场的日渐繁荣，越来越多的投资主体参与其中，投资者的利益也将受到各个方面的侵害，又由于中小投资者是证券市场中的弱势群体，他们的利益保护更不容忽视。本文着眼于证券市场监管与投资者利益保护的问题研究上，通过分析目前我国证券市场监管和投资者保护的现状，提出完善我国证券市场监管的若干建议，以便更好地保护投资者的合法利益，实现我国证券市场的高效、平稳、有序运行。

 ABSTRACT

The investors are the most important Participants in the securities market. To protect the benefits of investors,especially small and medium-sized inverstors’ benefits, is the most important element of the securities market which develops rapidly and healthily. At the same time as the securities market is growing more and more prosperous,there are more and more investment entities involved in the stock market, the interests of investors will also be subject to all aspects of the abuse, and the small and medium investors is the vulnerable group in the stock market, the protection of their benefits can not be ignored. This article focuses on the research of the problem of the securities market supervision and the protection of invetors’ benefits.Through analying the current situation of the securities market supervision and the protection of invetors’ benefits in our country,the article put forward some suggestions to impove the supervision of the securities market, thereby,we can protect the investors’ benefits better, and make China’s securities market operate efficiently, smoothly and orderly.
