范文编号:GM397 范文字数:16647.页数:24 摘 要 改革开放20多年以来, 浙江省的外向型企业得到了快速发展。然而当前我省外向型企业在国际市场上的占有率较低,在开拓国际市场时也遇到的一些问题,如风险规避问题,出口产品品种单一和高新技术产业走出国门较少等。本文通过对我省外向型企业国际市场开拓策略的分析,使我省外向型企业在开拓国际市场时制定各种应对措施,以避免其盲目投资所导致的不必要损失。 The Analysis of International Market Expansion Strategy in Zhejiang's Export-oriented Enterprises Since reform and opening up over the past 20 years, the export-oriented enterprises of Zhejiang have got a rapid development. However, the current export-oriented enterprises in the province have a low share on the international market, opening up the international market has also encountered some problems, just like risk aversion, export products variety, fewer high-tech industries to go abroad and so on. This paper presents a analysis of international market expansion strategy in Zhejiang's export-oriented enterprises, so that the export-oriented enterprises of our province can formulate various response measures when opening up the international market, and avoid unnecessary losses caused by blind investment.
