关于住房价格是否计入CPI的探讨

 摘要
 
 近来，住房消费支出项目没有包括在CPI中已成为消费物价指数争议最大的问题之一。本文分析了当前我国CPI的现状，论证了应当将首次购买商品房的购房价格记入CPI的观点.本文认为：商品房的购买在统计口径上全部归于投资是不正确的，应当将居民首次购买商品房的价格一次性记入CPI。

DISCUSSION ON WHETHER HOUSING PRICES SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CPI

ABSTRACT

 Recently, whether housing price should be included in the CPI has become one of the most controversial issues.  This paper analyzes the current methods of China's CPI compilation, and discusses the viewpoint that the-first-time purchase price of commercial housing should be calculated into the CPI. This paper point out that attributing all the purchases of commercial housing to the category of investment is not correct, a better approach is to include the-first-time purchase price of commercial housing into CPI.
