浅谈融资租赁对中小企业的融资优势

摘  要

 经营中的企业有多种融资方式融入资金用以拓展业务种类、增大业务规模，如股权融资、发行债券、银行信贷、同业拆借等方式，但是在现行的制度下，这些融资方式都受到诸多的限制。融资租赁作为一种特殊的融资方式，兼具融资与融物双重特性，除了通过融资租赁解决其他融资方式可以解决的现金流短缺问题外，还可以发挥合理避税、保存现金流和改善资产负债结构等作用。本文从分析融资租赁在中小企业融资中的优势入手，进而探讨融资租赁在中小企业中的利益关系。

 ABSTRACT

 There are several companies operating in the mode of financing to expand their business into the types of funds, increasing the scale of business, such as equity financing, bonds, bank credit, lending, etc., but in the existing system Degree, these financing methods have many problems. Finance leases, as a special financing, has both character of financing and the financial objects, in addition to solving the shortage of cash flow problems that  other ways can do through financial leasing, to you can also play a reasonable tax avoidance, preservation and improvement of cash flow structure of assets and liabilities such as role. Through the analysis of financial leasing in the financing advantages of Superconductor Magnetics Energy System , and then explore the interest of finance leasing in SMEs.
