浅议仲裁程序规则

摘  要

    仲裁程序规则是规定仲裁如何进行的程序，是调整仲裁庭、仲裁协议当事人以及相关人员和机构之间关系应当遵守的程序。仲裁规则的主要内容包括提请仲裁、组成仲裁庭与仲裁员选任、裁决作出等。本文详细阐述了仲裁规则的内容，并对中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会2005年仲裁规则进行评论，指出其不足之处并提出若干修改建议。

Research on Commercial Arbitration Proceedings Rules
 
 
ABSTRACT

    Arbitration proceedings rules are those rules that regulate how to push forward the arbitration process. Arbitration procedure rules adjust the relations between arbitral tribunal、parties to arbitration agreement and the relative  people  and institution. Arbitration proceedings rules include request for arbitration, composition of the arbitration tribunal and the appointment of arbitrators and make of arbitration award. The author expounded the matter of arbitration procedure rules, then made some comment on the CITAC procedure rules, as well as pointing out its defect and bringing forward some modification suggestions.
