浙江省产业结构调整与升级的探析——以桐庐地区为例
内 容 摘  要
 
 为应对金融危机带来的经济增速放缓、出口下降、利润下滑等问题，产业结构调整与升极已成为理论界和实践界普遍关注的热点。产业结构调整与升级的目的是能合理利用资源，产业部门协调，能提供社会需要的产品和服务，能提供劳动者充分就业的机会，能推广应用先进的产业技术;能获得最佳经济效益等目的。桐庐县正处于工业化前期和经济结构的转型期，产业结构面临着方向性的选择，必须进行产业结构的调整与升级。本文主要通过对桐庐县工业经济的调整与升级的进行探析，解析现状，找出问题，提出对策。

ABSTRACT

 In order to tackle the problems of slow development of economics, falling exports , falling profits and the like, industrial restructuring has been thrown into sharp focus in the oratical and practical world. The purpose of restructruing and upgrading is rational use of resourses , ingdustrial sector coordination, to provide products and services which are needed by the society, to provide employment opportunities for workers, to promote the application of advanced industrial technology and to be able to get the greatest economic effectiveness.  Tonglu County is in the period of early industrialization and economic restructuring, and the industrial structure is facing the choice of direction, so it must conduct industrial restructuring and upgrading. This paper explores the industrial economy industrial restructuring and upgrading in Tonglu and analyzes the state qua ,thereby finding the problems and proposing solutions.
