浙江新农村建设的创新之路

摘  要

 近几年来，党中央非常重视建设社会主义新农村，在全国各地提供了一系列惠农、支农政策，为贯彻落实科学发展观，构建和谐社会。同时，各地也越来越多的根据各自的地方优势，探索建设新农村的道路。本文主要对地处浙江中部半山区的横店镇的新农村建设之路进行了探讨, 通过回顾和分析它如何发展成为一个功能齐全、设施完备、人口不断集聚的小城市的发展过程，归纳并总结了一些成就及面临的一些问题，同时通过与其他地区的成功经验进行实例对比，提出了比较现实的解决方案，长远规划，实现可持续发展。为我国的社会主义新农村建设提供了有益的探索。

ABSTRACT

 In recent years, the CPC Central Committee pay more attention to building a new socialist countryside, to provide a series of policies what have benefits in agriculture and implement the concept of scientific development, building a harmonious society. At the same time, all over the country take advantages of their own to explore the new roads of construction in rural areas. This article discusses the development process of exploring new rural construction in hengdian. By reviewing and analyzing how it can develop into a city which is full-featured, having enough facilities and population concentrating. So we summarize a number of achievements, but it faced some problems. At the same time, we compare the other successful experiences and come up with some realistic solutions. In long-term planning, the sustainable development can be realized. It provides a useful exploration in China's building of new socialist rural.
