从产业集聚视角探析浙江民营企业对外直接投资的优劣势

摘  要

     近年来，随着外国企业投资中国热过后，对外直接投资在中国浙江成为一股新热潮，并且浙江的经济特色民营企业产业集聚的经济效应给投资带来一定的优势，使许多的民营企业利用自己的特色不断的“走出去“， 但是民营企业在走出去的过程式中碰到了文化、体制、融资等问题，这些问题严重影响了企业的发展和效益。如何“走出去”已经成为民营企业对外投资的一个焦点问题。本文通过分析浙江民营企业产业集聚的经济特色，探讨民营企业对外投资中存在的优劣势，并提出相关的建议。

ANALYSIS OF ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF FDI OF ZHEJIANG PRIVATE OPERATED ENTERPRISES AT THE VIEW OF GATHERED INDUSTRY
 
 ABSTRACT

 In recent years, the foreign direct investment by Zhejiang enterprises became a new upsurge beside the foreign enterprise invested China. One of economical characteristic of Zhejiang private operated enterprises is gathered industry. It has brought the economical effect to the investment and encouraged many private operated enterprises "to go out". But FDI of the private operated enterprises is challenged by the problems of culture, system and financing. These problems have seriously affected enterprise's development and the benefit. How to "go out"? It already becomes the concern for private operated enterprises to embark foreign investment. In this thesis, the writer analyzes the economical characteristic of the Zhejiang private operated enterprise according to their gathered industry, points out the advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang private operated enterprise, and puts forward the  proposal.
