我国企业应对反倾销诉讼问题的研究

摘 要

 近些年来，我国的经济和出口贸易获得了飞速的增长，与此同时，对我国发起反倾销调查的国家也逐步出现了扩大之势。然而，面对如此频繁的反倾销，我国的大多企业选择的是避而远之。本文通过分析反倾销诉讼的特点以及我国企业在反倾销过程中遇到的主要问题，通过实际案例来阐述积极应对反倾销所带来的好处，并将对积极应对反倾销的策略提出一些方案和对策。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, China's economic and export trade has the rapid growth. At the same time, China facing more and more anti-dumping investigation from other countries. However, when facing frequent anti-dumping, most enterprises choose avoidance. Through studying the characteristics of anti-dumping proceeding and the main issues enterprises met during this process, this paper take cases to analyze the benefits of positive response to anti-dumping. Also, this paper puts forwards strategies and countermeasures.
