从国际比较角度看我国CPI编制中存在的问题和改进

摘  要

 CPI在国民经济中具有重要地位，它常用来衡量通货膨胀程度和生活成本水平，并广泛应用于评价可以指数化的各类支出如居民收入、社会保险、利息支付、财产合同等的实际水平。因此，深入研究我国现行居民消费价格指数的编制方法并进行改进完善具有十分重大的意义。本文结合我国实际情况，从国际比较角度，比较了与美国、德国等典型西方国家与我国的CPI指数编制方法，进而指出我国CPI编制存在的问题，并提出了改进对策。

ABSTRACT

   CPI plays an important role in the national economy, it can be used to measure the level of inflation, the extent and cost of living, and is widely used in evaluation of various types of expenditure can be indexed, such as income, social insurance, interest payments and property contracts the actual level. Therefore, the in-depth study China's current consumer price index and to improve and perfect the preparation method is of great significance. According to the actual situation in China， this paper is from the perspective of International comparison ，compared with the United States, Germany and other Western countries and China typically CPI index approach, by comparison, found problems in the preparation of our CPI and proposed countermeasures.
