我国纺织品直面技术性贸易壁垒

摘要

 伴随着2005年后配额时代的到来, 国际纺织品市场竞争更为激烈, 利润空间变得狭小。作为纺织品服装出口大国的中国面临的压力越来越大, 发达国家日益成熟的技术保护、完备有序的政府管理，繁杂严格的标准认证，严重影响了我国纺织品的对外出口，打破了我国纺织品长期以来用价格优势占领国际市场的局面。要想改变这种趋势，需要政府、行业协会和纺织企业的共同努力。本文主要论述了我国纺织业在国家国民经济中的地位，纺织出口面临的技术性贸易壁垒现状及对我国纺织服装出口的影响，从而提出了几点应对技术性贸易壁垒的措施。

ABSTRACT

   With the appearance of post-quota era, the competition of international textile market becomes more fierce, and less profit margin existing. As a country with large textile exportation, developed country’s maturing technical protection, complete and ordered government management, numerous and diverse standard and strict authentication, has an serious affect on our country’s textile exportation and broke the situation that we take advantage of price strategy. If to change this trend, the government, industry association and the exporters should fight together. This article states the contribution of the textile industry, the features of TBT and the existing problems in the international textile trade. Meanwhile, put forward some solutions toward TBT in the textile trade.
