浙江省利用FDI的质量和对策研究

摘  要

经过近20年的外向型经济发展，浙江省在利用外商直接投资方面取得了一定的成效，促进了经济的高速增长，但是在外商直接投资的迅速增长的同时，也存在着很多问题。本文通过分析比较浙江省和其相邻省市及国家的外商直接投资数据来描述浙江省利用外商直接投资的现状。通过计算浙江、江苏及上海利用外商直接投资的业绩指数IND来分析浙江的业绩情况，指出浙江利用外商直接投资的有利之处，利用过程中存在的问题及造成问题的原因，又针对不足提出进一步提高利用外商直接投资效益的对策。

THE EMPIRICAL RESEACH OF
THE QOALITY AND COUNTERMEASUIR IN USING FDI IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

 ABSTRACT

 After nearly 20 years of export-oriented economic development，  Zhejiang province has made certain achievements in the use of foreign direct investment. But at the same time there are also many problems， while the use of foreign direct investment is rapidly developing. Through analysis and comparison with its neighboring province and the dates of foreign direct investment in China to describe the status quo of using foreign direct investment in Zhejiang Province. By calculating performance index to analyze the performance of using foreign direct investment in Zhejiang，to point out the status of benefits， the problems and the reasons， and also targeted to point out the countermeasures in further improving beneficial result of foreign direct investment.
